TDK Corporation has expanded its CN series of low-resistance soft-termination SMD MLCCs with a 100 V X7R component that provides 10 μF capacitance in a 3225 package measuring 3.2 × 2.5 × 2.5 mm. Designed for 48 V power-line smoothing and decoupling in AI servers, humanoid robots, xEVs and industrial equipment, the CN series MLCC uses an optimized resin electrode structure to reduce ESR while maintaining terminal resistance comparable to standard products. The components are AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications.
