SemiQ Inc will preview its Gen4 1700 V SiC half-bridge MOSFET module, GCMS1P7C170S4B1-N, at Electronica 2026. The module uses fourth-generation SiC and is rated for 830 A with an RDS(on) of 1.7 mΩ in a 62 mm x 152 mm S4 package for EVs, motor drives, smart-grid equipment and UPS systems. SemiQ will also show Gen3 SiC modules for EV charging, energy storage, industrial drives and server power supplies.
