Bourns, Inc. introduced eight new models in the Bourns CSS2H-5930 and CSI2H-5930 series current sense resistors, each with 0.1 mΩ resistance, a 15 W power rating, operating range of -55 °C to +170 °C and inductance below 3 nH. The surface-mount parts use an electron-beam-welded metal strip and are intended for battery management, power modules, frequency converters and high-current industrial control systems where low voltage drop and measurement stability are needed. The CSS2H-5930R-L100x model is AEC-Q200 compliant and automotive grade for vehicle-focused designs.
