Modelithics® has released Modelithics COMPLETE Library™ v26.4 for Keysight ADS, with support for ADS 2024 through ADS 2027 on Windows and Linux 64-bit platforms. The update adds 25 nonlinear Microchip diode models including PIN and varactor families, six nonlinear GaN HEMT models from Guerilla RF, 20 new Microwave Global Models™ for passive components and three TTM coupler models, with frequency coverage extending to 110 GHz for selected diode models and 150 GHz for selected passive models. For RF, microwave and high-speed design teams, the added measurement-based models can improve simulation-to-measurement correlation and reduce redesign work in communications, defense, sensing and infrastructure applications.
