Cox Business has added mobile devices to its social media website that was designed to aid small businesses.
Cox first launched the Blue Powered by Cox Business website in May as part of its strategy to help small business owners leverage technology to achieve their goals. The website was soft-launched near the end of March and marked the company’s first foray into engaging small businesses with a social media initiative.
Resources include educational video clips and articles from business, technology and industry experts, as well as interactive chat sessions with strategists.
With today’s launch of Blue Mobile, users can now access the site via their mobile devices to access how-to articles, infographics and best practices on how to grow their business.
“As the use of mobile devices for content consumption and social networking continues to explode, it’s critical to make online destinations easy to interact with, and that’s what we’ve done with Blue Mobile,” said Ken Kraft, vice president of marketing for Cox Business. “Our objective is to provide small businesses with tools – whether its technology or educational content – that help them successfully compete in the marketplace. With Blue Mobile, those tools are more accessible.”
Blue Mobile provides access to the Cox Blue website on Android, iPhone, Windows and Blackberry devices.
