DJI unveiled its Spark drone, a UAV capable of conducting standard aerials and capturing photos and video. The release comes on the heels of a federal appeals court ruling that the Federal Aviation Administration cannot regulate model and toy drones. Regulations for UAVs has been a hot topic recently and was discussed at AUVSI’s Xponential in Dallas earlier this month.
