IQRF Wireless Network Systems Now Available from LPRS

LPRS UK Distributor for IQRFLPRS has been appointed as the UK technical distributor for the IQRF complete IQMesh wireless network platform, components and systems manufactured by Microrisc.

Based in the Czech Republic Microrisc have spent some 140 man-years developing the extensive IQRF product range intended for applications such as smart metering, home and building automation, intelligent street lighting and environmental monitoring

IQRF wireless network components are fully integrated modules with pre-programmed micro-controllers intended to speed up time-to-market of reliable wireless Mesh networks. The extensive IQRF product range offers OEM modules with embedded Operating System through to IP accessible control panels and Ethernet gateways.

Vladimír Sulc, CEO of IQRF, is a founder and CEO of MICRORISC, a Fellow of the International Academy, Research and Industry Association (IARIA) and since 1991 has been involved in many projects related to wireless communication and security. He specializes in LR-WPAN, mesh networking algorithms and encoding and is the author or co-author of over 20 patents in CZ, EU and USA. He has been participating in IARIA conferences since 2009. His paper ‘IQRF Smart House – A Case Study’ presented at MESH 2010 was given the Best Paper Award.
