Konarka Technologies, Inc. announced that it has named Kenneth McCauley as Vice President – Sales, Marketing and Business Development. McCauley brings an exemplary record of accomplishment in leading global organizations to profitable growth. Serving AT&T/Lucent Microelectronics for 21 years, he and his team booked $1 billion in revenue during his leadership of the telecom and wireless customer segment.
Most recently, McCauley served as Vice President and General Manager of Earthsponse, a renewable energy products subsidiary of Modern Marketing Concepts, Inc., where he developed a new brand while constructing and training a distribution/contractor network and direct sales team. Prior to Earthsponse, he initiated the BIPV operating division at EPV Solar for its amorphous thin-film silicon technology, and in just two years personally developed a project pipeline exceeding $300 million.
