Suddenlink Communications said it has closed its $350 million acquisition of NPG Cable.
Suddenlink, aka Cequel Communications, picks up approximately 83,000 customers, representing approximately 210,000 revenue-generating units, or RGUs.
Operations are in St. Joseph, Mo.; Mammoth Lakes, Calif.; and several, clustered Arizona communities, including Flagstaff and Sedona, Lake Havasu and Kingman, the company said.
“We look forward to serving these communities and are delighted to be able to officially welcome NPG’s customers and employees to the Suddenlink family,” said Jerry Kent, Suddenlink’s chairman and CEO. “We are thoroughly committed to providing a superior level of customer care.”
