Suddenlink Communications has hired James Fox as its senior vice president and chief accounting officer.
Fox reports to Mary Meduski, the company’s chief financial officer.
“We are very excited about Jim joining Suddenlink,” Meduski said. “He will be a great complement to our existing team of accounting professionals, adding new perspectives and nearly 20 years of experience in diverse industries.”
Prior to joining Suddenlink, Fox served as chief financial officer and senior vice president of business operations for Mobile Armor, a technology company specializing in enterprise data security solutions for government and commercial enterprises. Previously, he was a partner with DataServ and the senior vice president of finance for Reuters Group. He started his career with Deloitte & Touche.
Suddenlink, the nation’s eighth-largest MSO, serves approximately 1.3 million residential customers and thousands of commercial customers, primarily in Arkansas, California, Louisiana, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas and West Virginia.
